The Training Games – A Creare SEO production
Have you got what it takes to rise above the rest?
Creare has launched ‘The Training Games’ – a snap shot of what becomes of a new employee after they are put through the company’s infamous SEO Academy, and a few familiar faces have joined in to spread the
word.
‘The Apprentice’ played by Senior SEO Team Leader Andy Allen, is put through his paces as he attempts to set his mind to work in ‘Google friendly mode’. ‘The Trainer’ played by SEO Team Leader, Felicity Dudley, shows no mercy to his pain, as the apprentice struggles to comply with the rules.

Produced and Directed by Keith Johnston of Creare, The Training Games forms part of a new recruitment strategy aimed at both experienced SEO’s and also job seekers who are interested in Digital Marketing, but feel they might not have the necessary experience.
Nick Rinylo, Head of SEO at Creare said: “We want to show job seekers that Creare has the tools to develop an apprentice into a SEO master! The video illustrates different aspects of SEO such as social media, penalties and the more technical side of the role too, but in a light hearted way.
“We want to attract people who are keen learners, who can grow and develop within our rapidly expanding company. Our team is the strength of our department and we can’t wait to get new staff members in and trained up.”
Part of the Creare Group, Creare SEO currently consists of seven departments, with a team of nearly 60 employees. Based in Rugby, the team work with SME’s across the country, delivering successful Digital Marketing strategies across many industries.
