I agree that building natural links and good quality content are key, but the percentage of websites that are actively maintained by SEO companies is too low and changes in algorithms such as these cannot be compensated by people who are not aware of them. Furthermore, even if they become aware of them, the damage has been done if they have not built their links the proper way right from the start.</description>
